Terms of service

The full terms are being drafted with counsel and are not published yet. This page will carry them rather than a summary of them.

What is already true, and is enforced by how the system is built rather than by a clause:

• Nomapay never holds your money. Value moves between a regulated custody partner and your own bank account. There is no balance to hold and no mechanism in the software to hold one.
• Your account reference is yours. It does not change, and it is not reassigned.
• Nothing settles itself where a person should decide. A short payment, a flagged sender or an ambiguous match stops and waits for you.
• Every payment produces a record you can take away. Including if you leave.

If you need the terms before they are published, ask — a draft exists and we would rather you read it.
